BillToBill.com ("Vishu Naturals"), located in India. By accessing or using the billing
software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these
Terms, you may not use our software.
1. Licence
a. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the billing software for your personal or business use.
b. This license is subject to compliance with these Terms and any additional terms
and conditions provided by the Company.
2. Use of Software
a. You agree to use the billing software only for lawful purposes and in compliance
with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment Terms
a. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the use of the billing
software as per the pricing plan selected by you.
b. Payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified by the
Company.
4. Data Security
a. The Company employs reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of
your data. However, the Company cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties
will never be able to defeat those measures or misuse your data.
b. You are responsible for safeguarding your data and maintaining backups of your
information.
5. Intellectual Property
a. The billing software, including all content, features, and functionality, is
owned by the Company and is protected by Indian and international copyright,
trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary
rights laws.
b. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
the billing software or create derivative works based on it.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost
revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability
to use the billing software.
7. Termination
a. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the billing
software at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
b. Upon termination, your right to use the billing software will immediately cease,
and you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies of it from your
devices.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without
prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting
on the Company's website.
By using our billing software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
